Buhoma Community Rest Camp - Budget Accommodation Bwindi

Buhoma Community Rest Camp (BCRC) is the backbone of Buhoma Community Development Association and the main source of funding to the Association activities since it's inception in 1993.

 

Buhoma community Rest camp is located at the Edge of Bwindi impenetrable gorilla Park with the main aim of providing quality Lodging service to gorilla trekkers in Bwindi.


Services and facilities at Buhoma community Rest camp

    •  Six Well built bandas with an African Architectural Design constructed using local Materials, furnished with 4 to 6 beds depending on the clients needs and the Banda's Size.
    •  Open and Well maintained Camping grounds right at the Edge of the Bwindi Forests.
    • Mini Bar & Restaurant serving both African and Western Cuisines.
    •  A local Arts And Crafts Center, selling crafts made from local materials and range from wood sculptures to woven bags and baskets.
    •  Local Dance & Drama groups provide entertainment on request.
    • Cultural walk to visit Batwa communities (Pygmies)
